Our Mission
The Good Job Happy Co. was born from a simple but powerful idea: that every person, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to do meaningful, fulfilling work.
We employ adults with Autism and intellectual disabilities, providing them with a supportive, joyful workplace where they can develop real skills, earn real wages, and take real pride in the products they create.
We believe that dogs and people are better together and that the bond between them can be a force for good in the world. At The Good Job Happy Co., we call this Paw-in-Hand: the idea that Happy's legacy and the people who bake in his name are on this journey together, changing what employment can look like for adults with disabilities.
