Frequently Asked Questions
The Good Job Happy Co. is a Connecticut-based nonprofit creating real, paid jobs for adults with intellectual disabilities and autism through the production and sale of premium, handcrafted dog treats. Every bag you buy is a paycheck earned by someone who deserves the dignity of meaningful work.
Our treats are made in small batches using human-grade, natural ingredients: oat flour, natural peanut butter, eggs, pumpkin puree, and honey. No corn, wheat, soy, or artificial additives, ever. Choose from Everyday Happy (80 small bone and paw-shaped treats, $18) or Happy's Favorites (10 premium shaped treats, $25).
Our treats are handcrafted by adults with intellectual disabilities and autism through our vocational program partners in Connecticut. Employees are paid Connecticut minimum wage ($16.94/hr). Nationwide, only 19% of adults with intellectual disabilities hold a job. We are changing that, one treat at a time.
